Raise a grievance

If something has gone wrong — fees, a refund, the job guarantee, teaching, your data, or something a counsellor told you — tell us here. It goes straight to our Grievance Officer. You get a ticket number by email, an acknowledgement within 48 hours and a written resolution within 30 days.
